NISA Pass
Terms of use
Updated 2 October 2026
The service
NISA Pass explains Japan’s NISA system, helps you research investments, and keeps records after you sign in. It does not trade for you, open an account at a broker, or recommend specific securities.
Not investment advice
What we publish is general information. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Investing can result in loss of principal. Nothing on the site guarantees a result or a return. Before you trade or file, check the latest information from Japan’s Financial Services Agency, the National Tax Agency, and the financial institution you use.
Accounts
Saving records and some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for your account. Do not let someone else use it. If use follows from poor care of sign-in details, NISA Pass may treat that use as the account holder’s own.
Prohibited use
You may not do any of the following.
- Access the service without authorization, impersonate someone else, or place an excessive load on it
- Republish, redistribute, or scrape the site without permission
- Use the service in a way that breaks the law or someone else’s rights
- Present the site as investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell
Fees
What you can read for free, and what a paid plan includes, is shown on the pricing page. When you take a paid plan, the price and period shown at that time apply. If the display later changes, a period you already started still follows the display from when you started it.
Content
Text, data, and page structure on the site belong to NISA Pass or the rightful owner. Items you save stay linked to your account. Saving an item does not transfer rights in the underlying article or data to you.
Disclaimer
The information organizes public material. We do not guarantee that it is always complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Except where the law does not allow a limit, NISA Pass is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service or from being unable to use it.
Changes and ending access
The service, prices, and these terms can change. An important change is shown by updating this page. If you break a prohibition, or if operation requires it, we may stop use of an account or end the service.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan.
